HYROX athlete and former high-level duathlon athlete, I offer specific support to effectively prepare for HYROX competitions, particularly HYROX Nice 2026 taking place next autumn.

In 2026, I achieved results that proved the legitimacy and credibility of the preparation I tested on myself, and I am proud to have achieved the following results:

1st in my category at HYROX Barcelona in Solo Open and 3rd Overall at Lyon with a time of 1:05.

Today, my goal is to move into the Pro category with the ambition of breaking into the French top 15.

This field experience allows me to support athletes with a concrete, demanding approach adapted to the reality of HYROX competition.

Thanks to my experience in endurance sports, duathlon, and triathlon, I help athletes develop the essential qualities for HYROX performance:

Strong expertise in running and endurance. Coming from a high-level duathlon background and ranked among the best in France in 2013, I pay particular attention to the quality of running work in HYROX preparation.

The ability to run well under fatigue makes a huge difference in competition. The work focuses notably on: running economy, pace management, changes of rhythm, run/exercise transitions, breathing, and active recovery.
