World massage

World massage

Coming from the world of sports and after a trip around the globe, I created my own massage protocol. My signature massage is the result of my knowledge of the body, pain management, and the richness of ancestral techniques from around the world.

For a moment of relaxation and escape, I create the most beautiful blend of techniques, tailored to your needs.

Influences: Bali (Ayurvedic & Chinese medicine), Japan (Shiatsu), Sweden (Deep Tissue), Hawaii (Lomi Lomi), and Sébastien Valla’s Thai Stretch.

What led me to massage techniques

As a former athlete competing in the French Elite championships in duathlon and suffering from scoliosis, I experienced various injuries during my career. This led me to take an interest in massage techniques and everything that optimizes sports recovery. Also passionate about travel, nature, and sports, I dived into this world first by meeting Ruth Indiathi, who founded a school in Paris called Village Balinais that teaches Balinese massage techniques and rituals. From Ruth, I learned the basics and fundamentals of these rich techniques, which are a beautiful synergy between Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.

Next, I traveled the world as a backpacker and deepened my knowledge throughout my travels, notably in Australia where I focused on deep tissue and sports massage, and in Hawaii with Lomi Lomi. After years of practice, particularly with high-level athletes and prestigious clients accustomed to traveling the world themselves, I created my own highly bespoke protocols based on my clients’ needs.

Newly state-certified as a sports coach and trained in Sebastien Valla's Thai massage techniques, along with my training over the last 12 years, my massage is rich in techniques from around the world.

World Massages

Because it all started with a trip to Bali in 2012.

I started in massage by learning everything from Ruth Indiathi, a Balinese-Javanese who founded Village Balinais, featuring massage protocols derived from Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. With her, I trained in ancestral Balinese rituals and full-body massage (Pijat Bali), head and scalp massage (Pijat Kepela), facial massage (Muka), foot reflexology, and the ancestral Luluran rituals.

Then I took Shiatsu workshops with Etsuko Adachi and Xavier Court’s training in Seated Amma. In 2016, I set off to travel the world and continued my learning, notably in Hawaii with Lomi Lomi.

All these training sessions and encounters now inspire my massage, which listens to both body & mind.

Signature Massage

Before the session, we discuss the goal of the day: relaxation, escape, letting go, tissue regeneration, or releasing tension. Following this discussion, I select a synergy of vegetable and essential oils or floral essences that meet the goal defined together; then the massage session begins, evolving and adjusting to the needs of the body and mind.

My practice is located in the hills of Antibes near Sophia Antipolis and is available by appointment. I also offer home visits throughout the French Riviera (travel fees apply).

I support you with treatments tailored to your pace and your wellness and recovery goals.

Lymphatic drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage designed to stimulate lymph circulation and promote the natural elimination of toxins. Through slow, precise, and enveloping movements, it restarts the body’s flow and provides an immediate feeling of lightness.
A true wellness ally, this treatment helps reduce swelling, alleviate water retention, and improve skin appearance. It also supports the immune system while soothing the body and mind.
Ideal during periods of fatigue, after traveling, or to accompany a detox program, lymphatic drainage helps you find a lighter body, a refined silhouette, and a deep sense of relaxation.

Duration 1h Rate: from €80

Face Sculpt

A holistic approach to facial remodeling and rejuvenation through detoxification and the delivery of nutrients to the skin’s surface. Ideal for those short on time who want an immediate lifting and glowing effect.
The Total Sculpt treatment consists of a deep skin cleansing. It uses a combination of different massage techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system, release tension, and sculpt the face and neck.

The action of this massage is particularly effective for tissue regeneration, skin oxygenation, and mental relaxation. It offers a real anti-aging effect through drainage, stimulation, and acupressure movements… As a little bonus, it relaxes the neck and scalp.

Duration 1h Rate: from €85

After several weeks of intensive training and very heavy legs, lymphatic drainage gave me a real sense of lightness. I recovered much faster after my runs and I feel less bloated. A moment that is both effective and deeply relaxing.”

The Face Sculpt massage has become my favorite wellness ritual. My face looks more relaxed, rested, and luminous from the very first session. I love the soft and elegant atmosphere; it’s a real moment for oneself. It’s my time to disconnect and where I manage to let go.”
