Coming from the world of sports as a former high-level athlete (9th in France for duathlon in 2014) and having faced injuries, I have trained and evolved in the sports and wellness industry since 2013.
I have developed a holistic, tailored approach combining cardio training, muscle strengthening, yoga, Pilates, and massage therapy to provide sustainable solutions for the well-being and health of both body & mind.

Before every program, whether for fitness coaching or massage therapy, I conduct a personalized assessment to review your goals, expectations, current level, and any injuries. We then hold an initial session where various tests are performed: mobility, strength, flexibility, endurance, and cardio.
